Telemedicine appointment are no longer available for weekday appointments as we have reopened for in-person visits.

Sunday Walk-in clinics will continue by telemedicine only until further notice.  Click on the link below to enter the virtual waiting room and connect to the doctor.  You may test your connection anytime before your appointment.

To attend the Sunday Walk-In clinic, patients may register and enter the virtual waiting room starting at 8:55 am by clicking the link below.  Visits will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  This service is for patients for Drs. Ian & Dana Young only. 

Please have your OHIP card available for this visit.

Instructions:

Step 1 - Go to our virtual clinic at https://doxy.me/DrIanYoung  5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Step 2 - You will be asked for your name to enter the "Virtual" waiting room. For confidentiality reasons, the waiting room will always appear empty when you check-in, even if other patients are waiting.

Step 3 - Find the test button down near the bottom of the page on the left. Please test to make sure that your camera and microphone are working prior to your appointment. It's that easy!
