Prescription Renewals

To minimize interruption of your medication therapy, please book an appointment for follow-up of your condition(s) and medication renewal prior to your prescriptions running out.  

Please be advised there is a charge to authorize prescriptions by either phone or fax without a visit.  Only medically necessary requests will be approved.  This charge will also apply to auto-faxed requests generated by your pharmacy.  If you wish your pharmacy not to auto-fax prescriptions, you must inform them.
